Pasiphae's story begins in 2000. Stelios and Irini Troulaki from Patima, Chania, opened a traditional Cretan tavern with the vision of conveying to the world the value of Cretan food and the importance of eating healthy. "Pasiphae" is now the oldest Cretan restaurant in Athens. Through these years of faith and love for what they do, the people of Pasiphae have had the opportunity to create dishes for their guests from all over Greece and abroad.

With the motto of "Returning to the roots and the traditional dietary habits of the Cretans", the authentic Cretan restaurant of the Troulakis' family has succeeded to revive old memories and flavours from Crete to the older people, and for the youngest to get them to know about the pure traditional Cretan cuisine.
